01Your information
Privacy notice
Roundify republishes authorized tournament information and limits additional collection to what is needed to operate and improve the service.
Information we process
Roundify stores tournament facts already published by an authorized source, including player names, ratings, clubs, pairings and results. Administrator account details and technical security logs are processed to operate the service. Google Analytics collects site usage statistics on all pages.
Why we process it
We process tournament data to provide the requested club publication and administrator data to secure the service. Player profile pages are marked not to be indexed by search engines.
Source, accuracy and retention
Chess-Results remains the original published source. Roundify preserves the last valid local snapshot for continuity. Tournament information is retained while the organizer or club continues to publish it and may be removed by the operator when publication ends or a valid request requires it.
Questions and rights
Contact the operator to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or another privacy concern. Identity and authority may need to be verified before a tournament record is changed.
Legal review
This notice describes the current technical behavior of Roundify. It is not legal advice and should receive qualified review before commercial promotion.
